Automation is when software does repetitive tasks for you. Instead of manually copying data from a form into a spreadsheet, the form does it automatically. Instead of checking a dashboard every morning, you get a summary in Slack.
If you find yourself doing the same thing over and over, there's probably a way to automate it.
I don't sell software. I build custom workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or direct API integrations, depending on what fits your situation and budget.

When someone fills out your contact form, their info automatically goes into your CRM or a Google Sheet. No manual data entry.
New Order → Team Notification
When an order comes in, your team gets a Slack message or email with the details. No one has to watch the dashboard.
Scheduled Reports
Every Monday morning, you get a summary of last week's key metrics pulled from your analytics, sales system, or database.
Email Processing
Incoming emails get sorted, labeled, or forwarded based on rules. Attachments get saved to the right folder. Summaries get generated.

I'll recommend what makes sense for your situation. Sometimes Zapier is perfect. Sometimes a simple script running on a schedule is better. I don't push tools I get commissions on.

Discovery Call
We talk through what you're trying to accomplish. I'll ask about your current tools, where you're spending time on repetitive tasks, and what 'done' looks like.
Proposal
I'll outline the automation, what tools I'll use, roughly how long it will take, and a fixed price. No hourly billing surprises.
Build
I build the automation, test it, and document how it works. You're not locked into me for ongoing maintenance.
Handoff
I walk you through how it works, give you documentation, and make sure you're comfortable. If you want me to monitor it ongoing, we can set that up too.
Questions
How much does this cost?
Depends on complexity. Simple form-to-spreadsheet setups are typically a few hundred dollars. More complex workflows with multiple systems and conditional logic are usually in the low four figures. I'll give you a fixed quote after the discovery call.
Do I need to use a specific tool?
No. I'll recommend what fits your situation. If you already have Zapier and it can do what you need, we'll use that.
Will I be locked into ongoing fees?
Depends on the approach. Zapier/Make have monthly fees based on usage. n8n can be self-hosted with no per-task fees. Custom scripts have no recurring cost. I'll explain the tradeoffs.
Can you maintain this ongoing?
Yes, if you want. I can monitor automations, fix issues when APIs change, and add new workflows as needed. Or I can hand it off completely — your choice.
