Do you only work on sites you maintain?
No. One-off troubleshooting is welcome. Many clients start with a single fix and decide later if they want ongoing support.
Can you work on staging first?
Yes, whenever staging is available. If your host supports it, I'll test fixes there before touching your live site.
Do you work with custom themes and plugins?
Yes. I'm comfortable with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Custom code doesn't scare me.
How quickly can you start?
Most issues within 1-2 business days. If it's urgent, let me know and I'll do my best to prioritize.
